IT Project Coordinator
About this Role:
This is a junior-level position within the Program Management Office (PMO) at an Multinational Technology Company. As a Project Coordinator, you will be supporting Project Managers in managing end-to-end initiatives and delivering business results across multinational projects and innovative business initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Continuous liaison with Organizational Leadership and Program Management Office to identify communications needs and required events for efficient information sharing
- Planning and scheduling meetings. Facilitating meetings, leading and coordinating post-meetings action items
- Design and distribution of templates for presentation materials, supervising content preparation
- Assisting Leadership and other Project/Program Managers with various administrative tasks related to vendor/invoices management
Requirements:
- Exceptional Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Ability to create documentations and utilize Project management tools
- Understanding of Project Management and Interest to evolve into a PM professional
- Experience of working in coordinating/administrative roles (preferably in Tech/IT companies)
- Detail oriented, punctual, well-organized
