Our client, one of the largest insurance company is seeking for experienced Business System Analyst (BSA) to support and coordinate with application development team by gathering and communicating technical requirements using API and Salesforce to manage customers data.
Day to day responsibilities:
-BSA will learn and analyze the current systems in place and support the development team from salesforce perspective
-BSA will derive business logic from the system APIs and channel APIs in place together with development team (no hands-on work with APIs)
Top 3 skills required:
-Salesforce service cloud experience and knowledge- Standard SaaS application function/SFDC Developer experience
-Business to Native level Japanese and English- Good communication skills
-Nice to have: System design, web application experience with tools such as Inspire.
