Are you a Java developer with experience in API development?

Our client in E commerce domain is looking for a Java developer to join their team!

Their main projects involve in primary improvement such simplifying/ consolidating the ID systems. Modernization of UI, and improvement of security in the system.

This is a brand new project at one of the biggest Ecommerce company in the world .
You will be able to work in an international environment , the talented engineers come from Brazil, Chile, US,Canada,China and the philippines.

Top 3 Skills:

Requirements for backend engineer:

  • -5+ years of PROFESSIONAL experience as a software engineer
  • -Extensive knowledge or experience using Java (spring/spring boot) or kotlin( for web application)
  • -Experience developing and releasing web applications or APIs at scale
  • -Ability to work and communicate in verbal and written English


Preferable experience

  • -Great understanding in security

 

Responsibilities:

  • -Design, develop, and release application features such as backend (API) and frontend (UI)
  • -Work with engineers in Agile teams and facilitate collaboration among other teams
  • -Validate and improve source code
  • -Participate in medium to long-term product vision with focus on technical optimization
  • -Research and development activities for new technologies
  • -Code documentation and testing
  • -Mentoring of junior developers or team members
  • -On-call support for production and staging environment issues (troubleshooting, diagnostics, and fixes)
